Troubleshooting
Resolve common checkout, webhook and employer-dashboard problems.
Package redirects to dashboard
Confirm it is active, has a Price ID for the current mode and is available to the employer. Review logs for the redirect reason.
Payment succeeds but no job appears
Check Stripe delivery and Webhook Logs. Verify the endpoint, signing secret, event selection and background processing.
Featured job is not featured
Confirm the package includes the entitlement and the completed order is linked to the submitted job.
